Profile

Your account settings. Avatar, name, email, ko-fi linkage, tier display, deletion.

Where it lives

Sidebar: Profile (under You & Comms). Section ID: profile-section.

Identity card

  • Username — locked, can't be changed (operationally expensive — see admin Accounts)
  • First / last name — editable
  • Email — editable; changing it requires email re-verification
  • Avatar — upload PNG/JPG. Stored on the platform, used by the dashboard sidebar avatar circle and shown next to your Neko Pages listings

Tier card

Shows your current tier (basic / plus / pro) with the dot-prefixed pill, your bandwidth, days-as-member counter, and links to:

  • Compare — opens the tier comparison modal (see Torus tiers)
  • Change subscription — sends you to ko-fi to adjust your monthly contribution

Ko-fi linkage

Subscribe on ko-fi → paste the email you used → the platform auto-flips your tier on the next payment cycle.

State What you see
Not linked "Link your Ko-fi email" form
Linked, unverified ⏳ Ko-Fi pill, "linked but waiting for first payment match"
Linked, verified ✓ Ko-Fi <tier> pill, last payment amount + date hover

Verification happens server-side when ko-fi's webhook fires a payment that matches your linked email.

Tier change

Two paths:

  • Upgrade — go to ko-fi, increase your subscription. Auto-flips on the next payment cycle (~minutes after payment lands).
  • DowngradeDowngrade action here. Effective immediately. Doesn't cancel your ko-fi subscription — you have to do that yourself on ko-fi (we don't have payment-API write access).

Account deletion

Bottom of the page, Delete account action. Requires confirmation. Removes:

  • Your user record
  • Your Torus config (peer removed from all hubs)
  • Any nSolo / nColo allocations (released back to the pool)
  • Your gallery submissions (kept in storage but disassociated; admin can purge)
  • Your nLAN memberships (you're removed; networks you created are killed if you're the only Pro on them)

Doesn't remove:

  • Audit-log entries (compliance — moderation history is retained)
  • Email-verification history (anti-abuse fingerprint)
